For over 12 years, I built my career in marketing and communications within corporation environments, including leading groups. On the surface, everything looked good. Yet, a personal turning point two years ago led me into a deeper exploration of myself. With the guidance of the Universe and the support of my Coach and my Spiritual master, I began my healing journey with the practice of mindfulness rooted in Theravada Buddhism.
That journey made me pause and ask: Who am I beyond my professional title? What are my true values and strengths? How can I contribute to society while still honoring my inner peace and freedom?
After sitting with these questions and reflecting on both my career and personal growth, I realized that my path is to combine both worlds: my professional expertise and my inner practice. This led me to become a Mindful Marketing & Communications Consultant.

Why mindful & authentic marketing?
In today’s world, people are overwhelmed by endless marketing campaigns and messages. But while the noise grows louder, genuine connection becomes rarer. I believe that mindful and authentic marketing is no longer optional, it' is necessary. Because only when messages are true to brand and respectful of the audience, can they truly resonate and build trust. People don’t just want to consume more content, they want to connect with meaning, values, and services that meet their real needs.
I would like to bring my 12+ years of marketing and communications experience, together with my practice of mindfulness, into a new way of working: helping coaches, solopreneurs, purpose-driven organizations, and individuals clarify their identity, align with their mission, and communicate authentically.
I see my role as not only a consultant, but also a companion - someone who listens deeply, helps you speak your true voice, and creates strategics that feel both effective and genuine. Because when your message is authentic, it will always find the people it is meant to serve.
